You are warmly invited to join this special International Women’s Day event focusing on this year’s theme – #ChooseToChallenge.
- A challenged world is an alert world.
- Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day.
- We can choose to challenge and call out gender stereotypes and bias.
- We can choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements.
- Collectively, we can create an inclusive world.
- From challenge comes change. Choose to challenge.
In many ways the world is still stacked against women, and the idea of taking on changing the world to create total equality may feel like an insurmountable hill to climb for many.

Leaving this aside, there is still plenty that women can do to empower themselves, and to create the success and impact they want to make in the world.
One of the key things that facilitates this is for women to be their own biggest cheerleaders and to liberate themselves from listening to their inner critic telling them not to speak up or that they’re not good enough. It is also possible to learn how to access confidence and courage so that you can speak up to challenge people and the prevailing culture when you see it directly disadvantages women.
I am thrilled to be joined in conversation by two close friends who are incredible, courageous and successful in their own businesses, and who also centre on empowering women: Geeta Sidhu-Robb, activist and multi award winning business woman as founder of Nosh Detox, and Lovelda Vincenzi, a globally renowned MC and moderator, and all round powerhouse dedicated to helping female speakers get on more stages and grow their reach.
Join us on Thursday evening at 8pm for an hour of inspiration as we discuss how we #ChooseToChallenge in our own lives and bring this into our work in the world.
Hunted down to speak for audiences including Microsoft, Barclays and Invesco, Harriet has empowered thousands of people over the last 17 years to believe in themselves and their potential.
She has been through multiple transformations herself and knows what it takes to make deep rooted changes that stick, and to get through tough times and emerge and wiser. Harriet is 18 years in recovery from addictions, left an unhappy marriage and went on to thrive, shifted from a 10-year banking career into motherhood and entrepreneurship, lives with a permanent pain condition after being driven into on the motorway, and is a breast cancer survivor.
Harriet's mission is to make sure people know their true value. She empowers clients and audiences to leave behind self-doubt, sabotaging patterns and overwhelm in favour of new ways of thinking, feeling and acting that create confidence, wellbeing and success. Vanessa Vallely OBE, MD of WeAreThe City describes Harriet as ‘a real superwoman who empowers others wherever she goes.’

Lovelda Vincenzi is a world-renowned Speaker Coach, Moderator, MC and Host who teaches female entrepreneurs how to secure game-changing paid speaking opportunities such that they can increase their impact, influence and income.
In around 18 months Lovelda went from an unknown name to introducing and facilitating conversations with political figureheads, celebrities, senior business executives, and entrepreneurs. Names such as Margrethe Vestagar (European Commissioner for Competition), Monica Lewinsky, Kunal Nayyar (Big Bang Theory), and Paul Polman (Former Unilever CEO).
Born in the Caribbean, developed in Papua New Guinea, and refined in the UK, Lovelda's international upbringing means diversity has been in her blood since a young age. Having noticed the gender imbalance on large international stages, Lovelda initiated a mission to unleash authentic powerful female voices unto the world. She started World Class Female Speakers teaching female speakers and business owners how to get found, booked, and paid as speakers. Enabling women to be paid for sharing their expertise.
Lovelda also hosts The Lovelda Show - Women of Power Podcast in which she showcases the breadth of female power.

Geeta Sidhu-Robb is a mother, author, podcaster, inspirational speaker, CEO and founder of Nosh Detox.
Her frequent appearances on radio, national TV and in print have given her a strong media profile as an expert on natural health and lifestyle solutions and women’s conscious leadership. Geeta gave up her career as a corporate lawyer to set up her own business, Nosh Detox, in 2008 after her son’s severe food allergies, eczema, asthma and anaphylaxis as a baby led her to retrain as a raw chef and nutritional specialist.
Geeta took home Entrepreneur and Business Women of the Year awards in 2010, 2011, 2014 and 2017, Champion of Women award in 2017 and Entrepreneur Alumna of the Year 2019 along with 13 other awards for her business. Her strong skills in business development and entrepreneurial acumen have seen Nosh grow from a start-up to a multi-award-winning wellness empire.
She is a passionate activist for all women’s rights, leading to a pivotal role in the last General Elections as Deputy Chair & Media Representative of the People’s Vote campaign – arguably the largest political movement in the United Kingdom. And then as Chair of Democracy Unleased, the grassroots movement for Citizen Government until she stepped down in September 2020.
Geeta is also Chair of the Women’s Development Board of the Microloan Foundation, which helps some of the poorest women in the world to set up businesses and feed, clothe and educate their children in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
