MAKE 2021 A SUCCESS
A WEBINAR WITH HARRIET WALEY-COHEN
7 JANUARY @ 2PM GMT

Brace yourself for all the New Year, New You! articles, all of the January detox diets and pressure to shed the 2020 pounds, and pressure for all angles to make up time in 2021 for all that 2020 didn't allow. Even thinking about all of this makes me dread January! None of it is helpful is it, it just makes you feel inadequate, anxious and like you're already several steps behind. Plus it's all designed to sell you things you probably don't need by scaring you into getting your bank card out.
- I would love clarity on my direction for 2021 but I'm not sure where to start.
- I'm fed up with new year's resolutions that have been left for dust by the end of January, leaving me feeling like a failure.
- I don't feel like it's safe to set goals for 2021 after 2020, what's the point?
- There is nothing to feel excited about, I am exhausted and anxious after 2020.
- I would love space to reflect on what the right goals are for me.

- Identify the kind of goals to avoid at all costs because they hinder you and set you up for failure.
- Get clarity on what will be truly fulfilling in 2021 for you.
- Get the foundations in place so that you can go after what.
- Make a plan for the first steps that will set you off in the right direction.
Bring a notepad and pen, and invite your friends and colleagues too so that you all get off to a great start. A rising tide lifts all boats!
Hunted down to speak for audiences including Microsoft, Barclays and Invesco, Harriet has empowered thousands of people over the last 15 years to believe in themselves and their potential.
She has been through multiple transformations herself and knows what it takes to make deep rooted changes that stick, and to get through tough times and emerge and wiser. Harriet is 17 years in recovery from addictions, left an unhappy marriage and went on to thrive, shifted from a 10-year banking career into motherhood and entrepreneurship, lives with a permanent pain condition after being driven into on the motorway, and is a breast cancer survivor.
Harriet's mission is to make sure people know their true value. She empowers clients and audiences to leave behind self-doubt, disempowering patterns and overwhelm in favour of new ways of thinking, feeling and acting that create confidence, wellbeing and success. Vanessa Vallely OBE, MD of WeAreThe City describes Harriet as ‘a real superwoman who empowers others wherever she goes.’

My biggest take away has been noticing that I was tapping into an inner source of self-acceptance and confidence.
