Morning and Evening Routines for Success & Wellbeing

Webinar with Harriet Waley Cohen

Tuesday 29 September 2020 - Midday

How many of these resonate for you?

  • Do you struggle with having consistent energy?

  • Would you love to be more productive in the daytime but aren’t sure where to start?

  • Do you wish you could get to sleep more easily, or not wake in the night with your mind racing about what lies ahead?

  • Is motivating yourself hard at times?

  • Is your diet erratic – one day it could be three balanced meals, the next it’s crisps and whatever’s in the back of the cupboard – and this means your energy levels and productivity are unpredictable from one day to the next?

  • Do you thrive with structure, but struggle to get it in place or maintain it?

  • Do you think of yourself as a spontaneous person and hate being told what to do, except you know deep down that running your entire life this way isn’t actually helping?

  • Do you give yourself a hard time about all of this and feel fed up of not having things more sorted, perhaps even feeling ashamed at times about admitting it?

You’d be surprised the difference that having some structure in place at the beginning and end of the day can make. A morning routine means starting the day feeling in control, calm and confident, as well as being clear about what lies ahead and what your priorities are.

Ending the day with some deliberately calming rituals can make the all the difference, supporting you to get enough good quality sleep. This is turn creates better mental  and physical health over the long-term, as well as giving you plenty of va va voom and intellectual clarity each day.

If you would love more confidence in yourself, more wellbeing and more success, join me for this webinar about routines. I will cover:

  • What my daily routines are including what benefit each component brings, so that you can steal your favourite bits and get ideas for your own routines.
  • What the best routines achieve, and why.
  • A raft of potential components for both morning and evening routines, so that you can create a realistic plan for your own.
  • The best way to add new routines into your life, so that you don’t sabotage yourself before you’re even started.
  • Exciting news about my new program, The Warrior Queen’s Quest – get out of your own way so that you can have the future you truly deserve.
