'Imposter to Invincible'
Thursday 24 September @ midday
Do you ever feel like you’re a fraud and that you don’t deserve the success and life you have?
Do you worry that one day, you’ll be exposed as a fraud and lose everything?
When you succeed, do you think it’s more likely down to luck or fate rather than your strengths, talents and hard work?
Do you find it hard to believe and accept compliments?
Do you struggle with anxiety about what others think of you and take on as much as possible to try and prove your worth?
Do you sabotage yourself, secretly hoping that by failing, responsibility will be taken away from you because you should never have had it in the first place?
Do you secretly think everyone is just being polite when they tell you that you are clever, likeable and confident, or when they invite you to join in with them, because they can’t surely mean it?
These are classic symptoms of imposter syndrome. Statistics show that 86% of adults aged 18-36 suffer with this, and two thirds of women, so if this is you, know that you are not alone. The good news is, it doesn’t always have to be this way. You can reach a place of self-belief, where your daily life is filled with a new mindset that supports your ongoing success and fulfilment.

I have been empowering women to change the way they think, act and feel in their relationships with themselves, their bodies and their potential for 17 years now, touching the lives of thousands. I’m excited to share some practical, immediately implementable tips with you that will make a big difference to your wellbeing, confidence and success.
