End The Year Strong

Thursday 17 September at 2pm

A Webinar with Harriet Waley-Cohen

Summer is all but over and no doubt you’ve been reflecting on the year so far (and what a year it’s been!).  I find that the arrival of the academic year, plus the shift from summer to autumn, instinctively feels like a time of new beginnings and possibilities. There’s an excitement and energy in the air, a drive to learn, to create, to achieve and to expand. Ultimately, to make the most of the last few months of the year to make things happen.

This webinar will be your change to take time to consider your path for the final part of 2020.

Perhaps you haven’t ticked off some of the things you’d hope to have achieved by now and feel frustrated, not least by all the restrictions that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on all of us. Maybe you know where you want to get to next but haven’t made space to figure out how. It’s also possible that you’ve been reflecting a lot during lockdown on changes you now want to make to your life, and it feels like the right time to plan for new pastures.

During this webinar, we will cover:

  • The most common pitfalls in goal setting and how to avoid sabotaging yourself with them.
  • The kind of intentions that have the greatest chance of success, so that you know what to aim for.
  • Setting intentions that are aligned with who you really are, and that set your heart on fire with excitement.
  • How to stay on track if your motivation starts to slip away.

A great transparent and interactive session. We loved Harriet’s style and openness.

My biggest take away has been noticing that I was tapping into an inner source of self-acceptance and confidence.
