Say Yes to You!
21-25 September 2020
A free 5-day challenge to boost your wellbeing, confidence and success.
In only 5 days?! Yes! In 5 days!!
How?
In a nutshell, by showing you all the ways that you are currently saying no to yourself because you are too busy saying yes to everyone and everything else. Then, I’ll teach you to stop doing that, turn 180 degrees and start saying yes to you instead!
Day 1:
Reality Check
A gentle exploration into where you might be saying no to yourself.
Day 2:
Mindset Magnificence
Shift your thinking so that you are ready to say a bit juicy yes to yourself.
Day 3:
Reclamation Time
Reclaim and free up your time, so that you can create space for you.
Day 4:
Badass Boundaries
Start to say no to people, and not give in no matter what!
Day 5:
Self-love & Success
Make your yes to you plan for the future.

Where will this be happening?
In my free Facebook group, Harriet’s Inner Circle. I’ll go live every day for around 15 minutes at 1:15pm BST to explain the day’s task, perfectly timed to fit in with your lunch break. Each day the implementation time will be no longer than 10-15 minutes, so it’s something you can easily fit into your day and get immediate results.
When is it happening?
Monday 21st - Friday 25th September, with a live welcome party on Sunday 20th September at 8pm BST.

Take part and you could also win one of these EPIC prizes:
- A 45 minute one-on-one life balance deep dive with me on zoom worth £200, to help you figure out all the places where you can shift your focus to say an even bigger yes to your dream life.
- A selection of 3 empowering books from some of my favourite female authors.
- A £25 voucher for figleaves.com so that you can treat yourself to some beautiful new underwear. I’m famous for saying always wear your best knickers, so this is another way that you can say yes to you!

I'm ready to say a big fat yes to myself!

Ruth
Working with Harriet has changed my life and all the relationships I have.
Hunted down to speak for audiences including Microsoft, Barclays and Invesco, Harriet has empowered thousands of people over the last 15 years to believe in themselves and their potential.
She has been through multiple transformations herself and knows what it takes to make deep rooted changes that stick, and to get through tough times and emerge and wiser. Harriet is 17 years in recovery from addictions, left an unhappy marriage and went on to thrive, shifted from a 10-year banking career into motherhood and entrepreneurship, lives with a permanent pain condition after being driven into on the motorway, and is a breast cancer survivor.
Harriet's mission is to make sure people know their true value. She empowers clients and audiences to leave behind self-doubt, disempowering patterns and overwhelm in favour of new ways of thinking, feeling and acting that create confidence, wellbeing and success. Vanessa Vallely OBE, MD of WeAreThe City describes Harriet as ‘a real superwoman who empowers others wherever she goes.’
