Body Confidence for Summer
Webinar with Harriet Waley-Cohen
Thursday 6 August at 12:00pm
Only 5% of us have the body the media portrays as ideal. Whether you dislike how your body looks, feel let down by it because of injuries, disabilities or illness, you are most certainly not alone.
Extensive research shows that feeling that your body isn’t good enough has a huge impact on health and energy, finances/career, relationships and beyond.

For example if you don’t feel good about your looks, you are more likely not to stand up for yourself, give your opinion or ask for a payrise. Plus you might skip meals, leaving you lacking in energy and turning to the anxiety fuelled solutions like caffeine to keep going.
Come and learn how to forgive yourself for how you feel, and discover practical ways to create a newly nurturing, appreciative and powerful relationship with your body.
I have been teaching women how to love their body no matter what for many years. This is not just some minor side issue I’ve overcome, I have survived:
-
Having curly hair and living in the UK, and thus almost always battling the frizz and never having perfect hair my entire life (wtf?!)
-
Having curves and therefore not looking like a waif like model as a teenager
-
Drug addiction and abuse in her 20s
-
Becoming a mother and having a different body in her 30s
-
Being badly injured in a car accident right before turning 40, and living with constant pain and limited mobility since then
-
Getting through breast cancer and having a mastectomy and reconstruction in 2018. and now having loads of huge scars
-
Putting on weight from all the medication from injuries and cancer, and being the biggest I’ve ever been.
Not only have I been through all of this, I honestly love my body more than ever now. I will share some super powerful and practical things you can do right away to shift yourself into a place of true appreciation and love for your body.
And when you get there, you will have more energy, more money, better health and overall be waaaay happier.
