Reflections from Lockdown and Embracing Life Post COVID

A webinar with Harriet Waley-Cohen

Thursday 25 March @ 2pm GMT

The last year has been the most uncertain and strange time that any of us have lived through. Apart from the economic and physical health challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, the impact on mental health has already been for some, and will become for many, the most challenging aspect overall.

With lockdown starting to ease from the end of March onwards in England, and the vaccine rollout continuing at pace, now is the ideal time to think about what you want your life to be like post COVID. No doubt there have been some aspects of the last year that have been positive for you and that you'd like to continue in the future, such as  less commuting, less busy, busy, busy, and more quality time with your immediate family. At the same time, other aspects of the pandemic will have been extremely challenging - not being able to see family and friends, gyms being shut, no travel and too much time at home. Not to mention zoom fatigue!

One of the ways that you will thrive in the post COVID world is to redefine what success is: should it still be measured in profit, sales and productivity, or should success mean something much more broad now? My view is that success that comes at the expense of wellbeing isn't actually success.

Join me for this webinar, where I will guide you to:

  • Reflect on what you've learnt about yourself and review your values, life goals and future plans with a fresh pair of eyes.
  • Redefine what success means to you for the future.
  • Make commitments for the future to align yourself with your new vision.
  • Embrace the transition from lockdown to the new normal.
